Mrs. Louise Frances Blackwell-Seepseard, age 87, departed her Earthly life and entered eternal rest on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Roxboro Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Roxboro, North Carolina.
She was born on October 24, 1938, in Roxboro, North Carolina, to the late Lillie Cousin Blackwell and the late Joseph Blackwell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Seepseard; sisters: Christine Black, Katie Gayles, Bernice Blackwell and Queen Esther Walters; brothers: Baby Boy Blackwell, Desdee "Curtis” Blackwell and Michael “Othella” Blackwell; God-son Craig A. Davis; and special nephew James “Bo” Cates.
Mrs. Louise Frances Blackwell-Seepseard leaves to cherish her memory her sisters: Sarah Tuck and Shirley Faulkner and God-daughter, Keita Faulkner, all of Roxboro, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Katherine Blackwell of Bronx, New York. Nieces: Phyllis Thomas (Dwight), Louise Black, and Crystal Brooks (Ronnie), all of Roxboro, North Carolina; Juanita Norwood of Albany, New York; Jacqueline Thompson of New Jersey; Monica Mahoney of Florida; and Odell Franco of Bronx, New York; nephews: Timothy Black and Frankie Black, both of Roxboro, North Carolina; Joseph Black (Elizabeth) of Greensboro, North Carolina; Clifton Tuck (Regina) and Patrick Tuck (Lynette), both of Bronx, New York; Ernest “Jeff” Faulkner (Sophia) of Peekskill, New York; Bruce Black of Raleigh, North Carolina; and Kenneth Blackwell (Lizzie) of Mount Vernon, New York; special friends and cousins: Janice Cousin and Lois Cameron, both of Roxboro, North Carolina; and a host of additional loving relatives and dear friends.
