Ms. Dora Jean “Jeannie” Giles, age 68, a native of Durham County, North Carolina departed her Earthly life and entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at her residence in Roxboro, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ellis Giles and Flora Mae McDonald.
Ms. Dora Jean “Jeannie” Giles leaves to cherish her memory her sons: Dayan Giles and Oronde Ferril (Skip); daughter Nygina Dawes; bonus daughter Keisha Grant; brothers: Willie Lee Giles and Willis Scott Giles; her one and only sister Betty Jean Giles; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Private Memorial Service
will be held to honor the life of
Ms. Dora Jean "Jeannie" Giles.
