Mrs. Pattie Sue Torain was born to the late Leana Dillehay on July 13, 1932. She departed this life on January 23, 2022.
Pattie is preceded in death by her mother, Leana Dillehay; husband, Roger “Billy” Torain; infant sons, Roger Oneil and Samuel; daughter, Emma Vanhook; sisters, Sallie “Jenny” and Annie; brothers, David, Johnny and Thomas.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Catherine Moore of Burlington, NC, Wilbert “Caveman” Torain (Kathleen) of Mebane, NC, Robert Torain of Burlington, NC, Thomas “Buck” Torain of Haw River, NC and Abraham Torain of Prospect Hill, NC; grandchildren, Eric Moore (Deborah) of Burlington, NC, Nicole Torain (Doug) of Mebane, NC, Roger Moore (Carol) of Clarksville, TN, Joy Torain of Roxboro, NC, Christopher Vanhook (Thyda) of California, Kathy Tyler (Basim) of Burlington, NC, Kristy Torain of Fuquay Varina, NC, Chandra Vanhook (Donnie) of Burlington, NC and Tony Ross of Reidsville, NC and a host of great and great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Mary Dillehay of Roxboro, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
