Mr. Jason Lewis Poole, age 34, passed away on February 10, 2020 in Durham, North Carolina. He was born in Person County, attended Durham Public Schools and was a graduate of Job Corp in Kittrell, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his mother Denise Graves-Poole and one brother Brandon Poole. Jason is survived by his father Robert Lewis Poole, one son Jamaze Kersey and one daughter Jakiyha Poole all of Durham, North Carolina; his devoted partner Latisha Facyson and her daughter Keyanna Eubanks both of Durham, North Carolina; three brothers Robert Graves of Atlanta, Georgia; Darrell Poole (wife Avril) of Garner, North Carolina; and Christopher Graves (wife Tiffany) of Durham, North Carolina; one sister Kelley Poole of Durham, North Carolina; grandparent Francis Dixon of Roxboro, North Carolina; three nieces Isabella Graves, Ivy Graves and India Graves all of Durham, North Carolina; four aunts, five uncles and a host of cousins and friends.
