Mr. Julian Graves Elliott, Sr., age 94, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.
He was born in Caswell County, North Carolina to the union of the late John Henry Elliott and the late Georgianna Swann Elliott.
In addition to his parents, Julian was preceded in death by his daughter Patricia Ann Elliott, Brothers: George, Frank, Jerry, Reginald, Harry, Harvey, John, Howard, Robert and Lewis Elliott; and sisters Martha Elliott Smith, Lena Ann Elliott and Josephine Elliott Graves.
Mr. Julian Graves Elliott, Sr. leaves to cherish his memory his wife Helen Sawyer Elliott; sons Reverend Julian Elliott, Jr. (wife Brenda) of Mebane, North Carolina and Jamie Elliott (wife Benita) of Fayetteville, North Carolina; daughters: Fershela Smith (husband James) of Elmsford, New York; Georgie Juanita Elliott-Robinson of Bronx, New York; Kay Frances Elliott of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Shaila Sawyer-Green of Atlanta, Georgia; brother Donnell Elliott (wife Virginia) of Mitchellville, Maryland; sisters: Isabella Crutchfield of Leasburg, North Carolina; and Frances Fuller and Geraldine Flowers (husband Kenny), both of New Rochelle, New York; and numerous loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, additional relatives and friends.
