Mrs. Cathy Elaine Foster Bailey, age 49, entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. She was a native of Cheraw, South Carolina but made her home in Roxboro, North Carolina.

Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by one sister Tracie Foster; and two brothers-in-law Dennis Bailey and Phillip Daye.

Mrs. Cathy Elaine Foster Bailey leaves to cherish her sweet memory her husband Kenneth Bailey of the home; daughters Grace Calaina Bailey and Faith Kendra Bailey, both of the home; one son Kenneth Elijah Bailey of the home; two step-daughters Mercedes Thomas of North Carolina and Keyairra Bailey of Oxford, North Carolina; one step-granddaughter Malia La’Nise Bailey; parents Catherine Short Foster and Ed Foster, Jr. of Cheraw, South Carolina; sister Irene Foster of Cheraw, South Carolina; mother-in-law Betty Cunningham of Roxboro, North Carolina; four sisters-in-law Tracie Moore and Lisa Street (husband Carlos), both of Roxboro, North Carolina; Marcella Teeters of North Carolina; and Stella Jones (husband Kenny) of Fayetteville, North Carolina; four brothers-in-law Billy Bailey (wife Tabitha) of Richmond, Virginia; Charlie Bailey and Stacey Bailey, both of Roxboro, North Carolina; and Matthew Daye of North Carolina; and numerous loving additional relatives and friends.
