Geneva Clayton Petty, age 70, of 2157 East Hyco Road in South Boston, Virginia passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016  at her home.

Geneva Clayton Petty was a member of the Prospect Hill Missionary Baptist Church where she was the president of the Missionary Circle, and a member of the Spiritual Choir, and the Culinary Committee. Geneva Clayton Petty is survived by two sons -- Steven J. Petty (wife Cynthia) of Roxboro, North Carolina and Stanley K. Petty of South Boston, Virginia.  She is also survived by her brother, Ulysses Clayton of Asheboro, North Carolina; three sisters-in-law -- Aldean Petty of Florida; Barbara Petty of Washington, DC and Frances Petty of Michigan.; and two grandchildren – Cinzia A. Petty of Roxboro, North Carolina and Stavanna A Petty of Roxboro, North Carolina in addition to a host of additional relatives and friends.

Mrs. Annette Marie Torian-White, age 58, a native of Person County, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018. She was a member of Person Senior High School Class of 1978, a graduate of North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. For the past 34 years, she resided in Detroit, Michigan.

Mrs. Annette Marie Torian-White was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Torian and her brother Duke Torian. She is survived by her husband Keith G. White; one daughter, Brandi Marie (husband, Ronald Tillman); one son, Keith Gregory Lewis (wife Kaela); one grandson, Keith Anthony Lee; mother, Christeen Torian; three sisters, Diane; Tina (husband, Rico Chavis); and Victoria (husband, Ricky Silver); five brothers, Luke (wife, Clarice); Daniel (wife, Fran); John; Joe (wife, Shana); and George Fuller (wife Vivian); and a host of relatives and friends.
