Mr. Arnold Blake Ragland, age 63, entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, North Carolina. He was born in Newark, New Jersey to the Late Ed Ragland and the Late Edna Wilkerson Ragland.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Phillip Ragland. He is survived by one brother Chester Wilkerson; his Late aunt Maude Wilkerson Street’s children, whom he considered his siblings, including a special cousin Claudette Street Warren (husband Franklin); and a host of additional relatives and friends.
