Roosevelt Brooks Outlaw, age 86, of Roxboro, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday November 2, 2015.
Roosevelt Outlaw is survived by his wife Dorothy Outlaw of Roxboro, NC and two children – Alecia Outlaw of Baltimore, Maryland and Duane Outlaw (wife Lynn) of Wichita Falls, Texas; one sister Foy Pierce of Newark, New Jersey; one brother Leondis Outlaw (wife Stella) of Roxboro, NC and one sister-in-law Yvonne Outlaw of Roxboro, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren in addition to a host of other relatives and friends.
