Delano DeVan Outlaw, age 58, passed away at his residence on Franklin Street on Friday November 6, 2015. He was a graduate of Person Senior High School, (class of 1975), and he retired from Century Regional Hospital in Butner in July 2010. He was a member of New Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Delano DeVan Outlaw was preceded in death by his father, Franklin D. Outlaw. He is survived by his mother, Yvonne B. Outlaw; three god-sisters; one god-brother; three aunts; one uncle; two great aunts; and other relatives and friends.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing.
