Ms. Nancy Ray Long, age 60, entered eternal rest on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, North Carolina. She was a native of Person County and member of the Person Senior High School Class of 1977. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Richard Long, Sr. and Katie Jacobs Long and one brother Richard Long, Jr. She is survived by one daughter Sakita Long of Burlington, North Carolina; one son Rayshon Long of Roxboro, North Carolina; one sister Mozelle Long of Roxboro, North Carolina; three brothers Floyd “Bunk” Long, Jerry Long, and Jessie Lewis Long, all of Hurdle Mills, North Carolina; two grandchildren Sa’Yanni Gary and Dynika Satterfield; and a host of additional relatives and friends.
