Mr. Eddie Lunsford, Jr., age 92, a native of Person County, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at his residence in Roxboro, North Carolina. He was born on December 27, 1930 to the union of the late Eddie Lunsford, Sr., and the late Annabelle Thomas Lunsford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Margaret N. Lunsford; daughter Yvette L. Cue; brother James Lunsford; and sisters Lula Dee Clark and Annie Maude L. Goods, “Duba”.
Mr. Eddie Lunsford, Jr., leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Anita Lunsford of the home and Valerie A. Lunsford-Winbush (Kester) of Roxboro, North Carolina; two grandsons Sterling Cue of Hinesville, Georgia and Savion Cue of Roxboro, North Carolina; one sister Mary Louise Pettiford, “Tom” of Roxboro, North Carolina; one brother Robert Lunsford, Sr. of Roxboro, North Carolina; son-in-law Ralph Cue of Roxboro, North Carolina; sister-in-law Quincey N. Eaves of Durham, North Carolina; brother-in-law James Goods of Roxboro, North Carolina; special friend/caregiver Belleia Rivers of Roxboro, North Carolina; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
