Geneva Clayton Petty, age 70, of 2157 East Hyco Road in South Boston, Virginia passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016  at her home.

Geneva Clayton Petty was a member of the Prospect Hill Missionary Baptist Church where she was the president of the Missionary Circle, and a member of the Spiritual Choir, and the Culinary Committee. Geneva Clayton Petty is survived by two sons -- Steven J. Petty (wife Cynthia) of Roxboro, North Carolina and Stanley K. Petty of South Boston, Virginia.  She is also survived by her brother, Ulysses Clayton of Asheboro, North Carolina; three sisters-in-law -- Aldean Petty of Florida; Barbara Petty of Washington, DC and Frances Petty of Michigan.; and two grandchildren – Cinzia A. Petty of Roxboro, North Carolina and Stavanna A Petty of Roxboro, North Carolina in addition to a host of additional relatives and friends.

Mrs. Mary Elaine Crawley Long, age 94 and formerly of Person County, passed away on August 19, 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mrs. Mary Elaine Crawley Long is survived by one son, Raymond Allen Long, Jr, (wife, Victoria) of St. Louis, Missouri; two sisters --Mamie Jenkins of Columbus, Ohio and Agretta Jackson of Columbus, Ohio; and one brother -- Emmett Crawley of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by two grandchildren -- Christopher Allen Long of St. Louis, Missouri and Ashley Elaine Long of St. Louis, Missouri. 

Mrs. Mary Long is also survived by a host of additional relatives, and friends.
