Mrs. Isabel Ramsey Hester, age 76, entered eternal rest on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. She was a native of Roxboro, North Carolina but made her home in Durham.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Ramsey and Ruthe Dixon Ramsey; husband Charles McKeiver Hester, Sr.; four sisters Viola Noel, Alice McCain, Earnestine Shaw and Gertrude Gentry; and one brother Louis Ramsey.
Mrs. Hester is survived by her son Charles McKeiver Hester, Jr. (Cherry) of Durham, North Carolina; two daughters Vikki Hester of Virginia and Charlene Keith (Billy) of Durham, North Carolina; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, additional loving relatives and friends.
