Mrs. Lula Dee Clark, age 93, a native of Person County, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 2, 2023 at her residence in Roxboro, North Carolina. She was born to the union of the late Eddie Lunsford and the late Annabelle Thomas Lunsford on September 17, 1929.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Barry Bernard Melvin; sister Annie Maude Lunsford Goods; and brother James Lunsford.
Mrs. Lula Dee Clark leaves to cherish her memory one son Christopher Melvin of High Point, North Carolina; two grandchildren Gabriel Adam Melvin and Aeriela Danae Melvin; one great-grandchild Valencia Milagros Melvin; one sister Mary Louise Pettiford of Roxboro, North Carolina; two brothers Robert Lunsford, Sr. and Eddie Lunsford, Jr., both of Roxboro, North Carolina; one special niece/caregiver Sherry Carver (husband Steve) of Roxboro, North Carolina; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
