Mrs. Armega Paylor Blackwell, age 86, of 1342 Old Durham Road in Roxboro, North Carolina passed away on Friday evening, June 9, 2017 at her home. She was the widow of the late Roger Blackwell and the daughter of the late William & Carolyn Carver Paylor.
Mrs. Armega Paylor Blackwell is survived by two daughters -- Cornelia Matthews Webster (husband, James) of Winston Salem, NC and Francina M. Matthews of Roxboro, NC; and one son - Roger M. Blackwell of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by one grandchild – Kali Matthews Webster (wife Keissie) and four great-grandchildren – Tajar Gambrell, Xavier Webster, Paxton Webster and Nahla Webster.
