Mr. Austin Roosevelt Lee, Jr. ("Brother"), age 63, son of the Late Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Austin Roosevelt Lee, Sr. and Bessie Jay Lee passed on to eternal rest Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, North Carolina.  

Austin was a native of Roxboro, North Carolina. He was a retired welder, served in the United States Marine Corps and “never met a stranger”. 

In addition to his mother, Austin is survived by one daughter, Taylor Olivia Lee of Rougemont, North Carolina; one son, Jerrick Richmond of Durham, North Carolina; two sisters, Helen Lee Johnson (Reverend Willie Wayne) of Roxboro, North Carolina and Paula Anita Lee of Timberlake, North Carolina; one brother, Patrick Todd Lee (Greg) of St. Petersburg, Florida; two grandchildren, Casey Richmond and Jerrick Richmond, Jr.; girlfriend, Angela “Ann” Watlington of Burlington, North Carolina; and a host of additional relatives and friends.
